We are back again with one of the mouth-watering South Indian Snack Potatoes 65 | Aloo 65. Yes, this delicious starter you mush have eaten at your favourite restaurant somewhere or the other.

Aloo 65 Recipe is a close cousin of Chicken 65 and it can be prepared as a delicious party snack or even a starter, soft inside and crispy outside but a perfect treat for vegetarians.
Let’s not jump over the history of how its got its name 65 instead, let’s catch up the procedure, you must be hungry by now…

💠 Ingredients your recipe need:

Potatoes4 medium Size
Coriander Leavesfew
Curd1 cup
Garlicfew chopping
Green Chillies2
Red Dried Chillis2
Salt1 tsp
Dry mango powder(amchur)1 tsp
Black Pepper1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
Coriander Powder1 tsp
OilDeep fry
Refined flour
Red food colour(optional)

💠 Steps to be followed:

  1. Cut the potatoes into medium size square pieces
  2. Boil the pieces up to 10 min. or until it cooks well
  3. After that drain the water from it.
  4. Add 2 tsp of a refined floor, salt ( as required ) and pinch of black pepper & coat the potatoes well in a bowl
  5. After that deep-fried them or until it becomes golden brown
  6. Take another pan to add little oil, add garlic. Chillies and toasted well
  7. Add all the spices mentioned above and finally add curd into it.
  8. Add the pinch of food colour or deggi mirch.
  9. Add the fried potatoes and coriander leaves and finally toasted well
