💠 Ingredients your recipe need:

Ingredients	Quantity
Refined Flour(Maida)	2 cup /250 gm
Powder Sugar	1 cup
Baking powder	1 tsp
Baking Soda	1 tsp
Milk	1 cup
Vinegar	1 tsp
Salt	1 tsp
Vanilla essence	2 tsp
Refined/olive Oil	Deep fry
Your favourite topping	Idea’s below
Butter	2 tsp

💠 Steps to be followed:

Add 2 cup of refined flour in a bowl.
Then add 1 cup powder sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda and give a good mix.
Then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar & vanilla essence to it.
After that gradually add 1 cup of milk and knead a soft dough out of it and may use little water as required.
Add 2 tsp of butter and again knead the dough well for 2 mins.
Rest the dough for at least an hour.
Make a few small balls out of the dough and rolled down to thick sheet at least 2-3 cm it should be.
Take a donut cutter or suitable bowl and press against a sheet to give a donut shape.
Deep fry the donuts until golden brown.
Decorate with your favourite topping.
