💠 Ingredients your recipe need:
|Refined Flour(Maida)||2 cup /250 gm|
|Powder Sugar||1 cup|
|Baking powder||1 tsp|
|Baking Soda||1 tsp|
|Vanilla essence||2 tsp|
|Refined/olive Oil||Deep fry|
|Your favourite topping||Idea’s below|
💠 Steps to be followed:
- Add 2 cup of refined flour in a bowl.
- Then add 1 cup powder sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda and give a good mix.
- Then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar & vanilla essence to it.
- After that gradually add 1 cup of milk and knead a soft dough out of it and may use little water as required.
- Add 2 tsp of butter and again knead the dough well for 2 mins.
- Rest the dough for at least an hour.
- Make a few small balls out of the dough and rolled down to thick sheet at least 2-3 cm it should be.
- Take a donut cutter or suitable bowl and press against a sheet to give a donut shape.
- Deep fry the donuts until golden brown.
- Decorate with your favourite topping.
