💠 Common ingredients needed:

Milk1 L
Flour(atta)20gm
Mango1( 5 people)
Milkmain/Milk-powder50gm
Cardamom(elaichi)2-3 piece
Sugar400gm

💠 Steps to be followed-

  1. Boil milk in a pan, add sugar & add Cardamom make it to boil.
  2. Take 2.5 tablespoons of flour, add little water to make it a slurry.
  3. Add the slurry slowly into the boiling milk while mixing it to avoid the lumps in it, the purpose is to make milk thick in no time.
  4. And 2 tablespoon of milkmaid or milk-powder in it.
  5. Cut the fresh mango into pieces and take another pan, add mango pieces and sugar to make mango sauce and then finally transfer to boiling milk.
  6. Allow it to cool and then blend it in a mixer or by hand whisk to make it little fluffy.
  7. Pour it in some container and allow it to set in the freezer about 9-10 hrs or overnight.

  • Oreo Kulfi

Add oreo biscuit while blending it.

  • Strawberry Flavour 

Add strawberry sauce instead of mango sauce.

  • Vanilla Flavour

Add vanilla sauce instead of mango sauce.

  • You can use jaggery instead of sugar.
  • Try to make Kulfi at night so that you can get buffer time of freezing and first thing in the morning you can serve.
  • Always pick a fresh mango.
  • Clean the mixer Grinder with lukewarm water so that your Kulfi taste doesn’t differ.
