  • We mostly avoid personal hygiene such as washing hands before eating, twice a brush daily, taking proper bath etc thinking what amount of damage it may perform. 3. Drink lots of 💧WATER.

  • Right now you must be wondering about what drinking water makes a difference. You drink water, I drink water, we all drink water but still, I mention in the tip am I mad? Well no, I am not mad.
  •  Your body is comprised of more than 60% of water. Our brain is made up of 73% water.
  • So, if you are not hydrated your brain will not perform at its full.

  • Just have 30 min. daily physical activity. That can include walking, running, skipping, cycling etc.
  • You can pick any exercises that are easy to do at home or outside that you enjoy. When you enjoy the physical activities you choose for yourself, most likely you’ll enjoy them and want to do it more often.
  • Exercise is about being healthy and having fun at the same time.

 5. Fruits 🍇 & vegetable 🍅 are your friends.

  • Fruits contain lots of vitamins and minerals. As much as possible, you should consume your vitamins and minerals via your daily diet. 
  • Fruits such as Watermelon, Apricots, Avocado (yes, avocado is technically a fruit!), Apple, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Guava, Papaya, Strawberries., Mangoes etc.
  • Have fresh fruit available as a convenient snack and try to include fruit and veggies in every meal.
  • Eating fruit and vegetables every day helps kids and teens grow and develop, boosts their Immune system and can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.

  5. Take almost 6-8 hour sleep regularly not less, certainly not more.
