Craving for paneer tikka in this lockdown we are here to help your craving come true by giving you an easy recipe to make Homemade Paneer Tikka.

💠 Estimated Time to get ready:
- Marinate – 15-20 minutes
- Rest time – min 20 minutes
- Grill – 15 minutes

💠 What Health Benefit I am getting?
- Paneer is rich in proteins, which helps in removing weakness and making the body fleshy. It is also rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamins and minerals that help the body to grow.
- Degi Mirch contains Vitamin C & antioxidants
- Curd helps you in proteins & nutrients that control high blood pressure.
- Mustard oil has various health benefit such as promote heart health, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral properties, good skin & blood circulation.

💠 Ingredients you need:
Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|
Paneer | 250gm |
Capsicum | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Curd | 2-3 tsp |
Black Pepper | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Chaat Masala | 1 tsp |
Deggi Mirch powder | 1 tsp |
Gram Flour | 2 tsp |
Mustard Oil | 3 tsp |
Kasturi Methi | 1 tsp |
Black Salt | 1 tsp |
💠 Steps to be followed:
- Add curd in a bowl, add black pepper and all the spices mentioned above
- Add garlic and 2 tablespoons of gram flour to it
- Heat mustard oil in a pan for about 10 minutes.
- Pour them in a bowl and mix them well.
- Add deggi Mirch or food colour to give the mixture a bright orange colour
- Add all the diced vegetables coat them well.
- Keep it aside for about 20-30 minutes.
- Put the pieces in a stick and grill over a medium flame or you can directly be tossed the pieces over a hot pan.
