💠 Ingredients you need:
|1. Potatoes||4 medium size|
|2. Refined flour||4 tsp|
|3. Salt||As per taste|
|4. Black pepper||1/4 tsp|
|5. Red Chilli powder||1/4 tsp|
|6. Olive Oil|
💠 Steps to be followed:
- Cut the medium size potatoes into french fries shape.
- Transfer them to cold water side by side.
- Deep fry them in a pan until this step 50 per cent is needed about 5-7 minutes.
- Take them out sponge with the tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Sprinkle 2-3 tsp refined flour on the fries and coat them well.
- Freeze them in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Take them out and again deep fried them till golden brown colour appears.
- Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and oregano (optional to it).
- Serve hot with ketchup or mayo as you like.
