Hope you guys are safe and healthy. It’s been so many days that we are staying inside our house and is already missing going out, eating junk 🤪 and travelling.

Well, we heard you right, that’s why we are bringing up some cool and amazing easy recipes for you that will stop your cravings as well as make you love cooking.

Don’t worry even if you don’t know how to cook as these recipes are so easy peasy.

So let’s begin with the first recipe…

🥮 Easy Cake – With Oreo


Easy Lockdown Recipes- Oreo Cake

✏️ What you need?

  • 3 small packet Oreo (1 is of 50gm)
  • Half cup milk
  • 1tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Cadbury Dairymilk chocolate (optional)

👨🏻‍🍳 What to do?

Step 1 : Open oreo packet, break the biscuits and grind it in a mixer.

Step 2: Pour the grinded biscuits in a bowl and add a little milk and mix it. Add more milk and mix with the grinded biscuits to make a thick paste (not too thick). Also, use milk that is at room temperature – not too hot not too cold.

Step 3: Add 1 tbsp of baking powder and mix well so that there are no lumps.

Step 4: Use oven. In case you are not having oven.

  • Preheat an oven/cooker for 10 minutes by placing a stand or an inverted plate (if you don’t have any stand) [this will be used to place our cake pan].

Step 5: Apply oil/ butter all over to avoid sticking the batter with the cake pan.

Step 6: Add your batter in the cake pan and put it inside the preheated oven/cooker and cover it for at least 30-45 minutes.

Step 7: This step is optional, you can enjoy the cake made till step 5 by cooling it or can perform this step to make it tastier.

  • Take 2 dairymilk chocolates and melt them, Apply the melted chocolate all over the cake. You can also grate the dairymilk over the cake. Enjoy your Oreo Cake.

🧀 Mac n Cheese (Trust me it is not hard)


Easy Lockdown Recipes -Mac n Cheese

✏️ What you need?

  • 1 cup Boiled Macaroni
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped carrot

(For cheese white sauce)

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Cheese slices or mozzarella cheese

👨🏻‍🍳 What to do?

Step 1: Add 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and add chopped onion, capsicum & carrot to it. Saute it for a few minutes. Then take it out and keep it aside.

Step 2: Add 2 tbsp of butter in a heated saucepan and add 2 tbsp of maida in it. Roast maida well with butter on low flame.

Step 3: Add 1 cup milk to it. Stir to avoid any lumps.

Step 4: Add cheese slices or grated mozzarella cheese to it. Add oregano or mixed herbs to it as per your taste(optional).

Step 5: Add freshly ground black pepper to it and a pinch of salt to taste and your creamy white sauce is ready.

Step 6: Add sautéed vegetables and boiled macaroni to the cream and mix well with the sauce. Serve hot ♨️!!!

🍞 Bread Roll


Easy Lockdown Recipes - Bread Roll

✏️ What you need?

  • 1 Packet Bread
  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • Oil

👨🏻‍🍳 What to do?

Step 1: Mash boiled potatoes and add chopped onion and green chillies to it.

Step 2: Take water in a bowl, and dip the bread in it then squeeze out it’s water (by pressing it between your palms).

Step 3: Place the mashed potato mix made in step 1 over it and try to make a ball of it by folding the edges of bread one over other.

Step 4: Pre heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry your bread rolls.

Step 5: Enjoy with tomato sauce.

🍸 Virgin Mojito


Easy Lockdown Recipes- Virgin Mojito

✏️ What you need?

  • 30 ml Soda
  • 30 ml lime juice (Prefer to take out fresh and not the packed one)
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes (as required)
  • 2 lemon wedges

👨🏻‍🍳 What to do?

Step 1: Shake all the things

  • Take a shaker, and add all the ingredients mentioned above. Shake well and pour in a glass.

Step 2: Add soda and serve immediately

  • Add soda into the glass and garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves, and serve immediately.

🍟 Kurkure Chaat


Easy Lockdown Recipes-Kurkure-Chaat

✏️ What you need?

  • 1 packet Kurkure
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • Coriander Leaves

👨🏻‍🍳 What to do?

Step 1: Chop onion and tomato.

Step 2: Take out kurkure in a plate and add chopped onion and tomato. Squeeze a lemon over it and mix it well. Enjoy !!
